Identify the correct replacement

Use this checklist to prepare a part inquiry. Appearance alone does not establish compatibility.

1. Record the equipment manufacturer, complete model number and serial number from its identification label.
2. Record any part number, revision, dimensions and markings from the original component without dismantling equipment beyond the manufacturer’s instructions.
3. Take clear photos of the equipment label, the original part and its location. Include a size reference where useful.
4. Compare the manufacturer’s parts diagram and any published replacement or supersession information for the exact model.
5. Ask our team to review the model and part information before ordering if there is an uncertain fit, connector, size or replacement number.
