How these estimates work

Paint uses wall perimeter × height, less excluded area, multiplied by coats. Drywall uses wall area and optionally ceiling area. Flooring and tile use room area. Caulk uses joint length. The extra-material percentage is applied before dividing by coverage and rounding up to whole purchased units.

Calculate irregular rooms in separate rectangular sections. Coverage varies with the product, surface, layout, cut pattern and application. Enter the exact coverage per box, sheet, can, container or tube you will purchase. Tile grout, trim, fixings, primer and preparation supplies are not included. Product quantity rules may increase the minimum order. Taxes, shipping and any quantity-price adjustments are confirmed in your cart and at checkout.
