Carlyle hat in der Vergangenheit die folgenden UL-gelisteten (FCKW-) Kältemittel für die Verwendung in 5F- und 5H- Kompressoren zugelassen: R-22, R-500 und R-502 für die Verwendung in 5F und 5H .
• Ölfüllung: 21 Pints (9,94 Liter) ( Hinweis: Der normale Ölstand im Schauglas sollte an der Mittellinie liegen .)
Castrol SW68 ist für den Einsatz in Kühleranwendungen von Carrier sowie in halbhermetischen Kompressoren von Carrier und Carlyle für Klima- und Mitteltemperaturanwendungen zugelassen.
Castrol SW68 kann nicht in neuen Tieftemperatur-Kälteanwendungen mit halbhermetischen Carlyle OEM-Kompressoren verwendet werden. Castrol E68 ist für den Einsatz in Carlyle OEM-Kompressoren für niedrige, mittlere und hohe Temperaturbereiche zugelassen.
Die folgenden POLYOL-ESTER (POE) sind zugelassene Öle für HFCs ( Hinweis: Alle HFC/POE-Anwendungen erfordern eine Kurbelgehäuseheizung ).
